Agreement

By accessing jordandigitals.com or engaging Jordan Digitals for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site. Last updated: March 17, 2025.

Services

Jordan Digitals provides digital marketing services including but not limited to website design, SEO, social media marketing, PPC management, lead generation, and related services. The scope of work for each engagement is agreed in writing before work begins.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed on a per-project basis. Invoices are due within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. Jordan Digitals reserves the right to pause or terminate services for overdue accounts.

Intellectual Property

All deliverables produced by Jordan Digitals become the property of the client upon receipt of full payment. Jordan Digitals retains the right to reference completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Jordan Digitals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days written notice. Work completed up to the termination date is billable.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
